Ok so fairly recently me (19) and my girlfriend (18 ) that I absolutely love have started having sex. We both lost our virginity to each other so there's no problem of std's or any of that stuff, just preventing pregnancy. But one problem: Without a condom I'm fine and can have sex with her and enjoy it, etc....but with a condom I am too desensitized and can't keep an erection for long at all. I've tried ultra thin ones too. So my question is: is there anything I can do about this? (Or that she can do?)
Ok and I have a few more questions too:
We've had sex a few times without protection, and I pulled out before ejaculating (and I made sure I urinated before hand to be as safe as possible...) so I figured that there was a very very slim chance of her getting pregnant from precum. BUT it still makes me nervous. And recently she's had a stomach ache, which I know can be a sign of pregnancy, but I think it's just from some bad food or something because she ate a ton of mexican food the same day she started feeling sick, and I was just wondering if my worrying is necessary or not?
AND I'm not sure if it matters...but she has always had an irregular period. Well pretty much she hardly ever has a period...in the 6 months i've known her she's had i think only 1. Another question about that: obviously the period is part of the menstural cycle, but does the irregular period mean that she can't get pregnant at all or is it unrelated? I've asked her about this stuff because we have a very open relationship and she says it doesn't affect her ability to get pregnant, but that doesn't quite make sense to me.
Ok sorry about all of the "and's" and "but's." Thanks for hearing my story. Any information or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

If the only worry is preventing pregnancy, I would suggest that your girlfriend investigates some kind of birth control. That way you can go without condoms without risking pregnancy. Irregular periods make it very difficult to predict when she is fertile, and withdrawal is not a reliable method. Maybe go to a family planning/ sexual health clinic and find out about all the different forms of birth control

But you can increase the security of condoms if you practise using them BEFORE having your first time with your girlfriend: Take your time, choose a suitable condom size of your penis (not too small and not too big) read the instructions on the condom package ...
