I am 34 years old and I am having extra weight problems. My job is very stressful and I try to compensate that with fast food, sodas, candies etc, which is making a hell in my body, I know. I am planning to do a blood test for triglycerides, sugar etc. I know that the Control of Cholesterol is very important but I do not what to do.

First, you should consider the ways to relieve your stress. Actually, I think that it is your main problem. After that, everything should be fixed easier. I realize that life today requires a lot of sacrifices, especially when it comes to job obligations but do remember that both your body and mind need rest and relaxation. Without that, they will work up to the point when the complications could get really serious.
