could masturbating while not erct have negative effects?

i'm 17 and i was able to masturbate and have orgasms while my penis inn't ercet for as long as i could remember. its not that i have problems masturbating while ercet, but somtimes it seems faster and i could have multiple orgasms if i masturbate while not erect.
please i need to know if this could effect my sexual health in any way.
