Hi, what i think the best thing to do is to take another pregnancy test just to be sure if you are pregnant or not. Those test can show you if you are pregnant one week after you think you conceived. So you should wait a week from the time you had sex. Make sure you read the instructions carefully. Sometimes people misinterpret these tests. My suggestion is to take another home pregnancy test and see what it says. If its positive then you would need to decide to go to do a blood test because sometimes those home pregnancy test can be unreliable so the best way to be 100% sure is to take a blood test.
