I am 76 years old and had a D&C a year and a half ago. Prior to that I didn't have very much discharge. They removed a fibroid during the D&C. Now I am using a vaginal moisturizer and have a yellow discharge and today it was really brown. I don't know if it was blood. My gynecologist said to use the moisturizer and low dose estrogen which I stopped using. What could the dark discharge be?
