I was on the depo for approx 2 years came off it in March 2015 when I split from a long term relationship for about 12 months had no symptoms at all.

I went back on it in April 2016 after meeting my current boyfriend I have now decided I don't want to be on it anymore as I would like to start a family also the weight gain is getting a joke and have wear and tear on my neck so I said I was going to stop.

Normally in the last month when it's due I used to get spotting so when I didn't I thought I was pregnant as I had symptoms like very sore boobs headache dizziness extreme tiredness this all lasted for about 6 weeks did multiple tests all negative had a blood test and that was also negative so I just ignored it.

I then started with sore boobs extra cm (Not an infection) monthly approx mid month 7-17th for approx 10 days but no bleeding etc and it would all be fine until the next month. 

This time I had the usual mid month sore boobs extra discharge then it settles down for a few days then Jan going into feb this year it has flared up again and I have very sore boobs/nipples etc which is again is different from the last time it flared up badly. 

'm still yet to have any kind of spotting/bleeding 

My last injection was in July 2016 was due to be done in Oct 2016 but I didn't go. 

Is this just the depo Withdrawals or something else.
