My best friend from high school is currently sleeping restlessly on my living room floor, day 2 of kicking a 10 year IV dilaudid addiction. My Question: she truly does have legitimate chronic pain, tho don't know how bad it really is yet. She has an appt with a real pain mgmt dr in 5 days, and is worried that if her urine comes back clean he won't prescribe for her. She's trying to talk me into providing dilaudid (2 doses) for the day before and morning of her appt. I need some guidance here. PLEASE HELP.
