Did i miscarry?

I started birthcontrol 3 weeks ago because i hadnt had a period in 6 months (polycysticoverian syndrom) Then I noticed some light brown spotting a day before I was supposed to take the sugar pills. it lasted 2 ish days thrn my period came on heavy and fast like changing my pads every 2-3 hours which never happened to me before. Then i started to get cramos in the normal area and they keepg getting worse and spread to my lower back and my hips. Ive had the pain for 2 ish days. Then i was on the toilet and i felt something large drop out of me but i had used to much toilet paper to clean myself up and the water was a dark red so i couldnt see what it was. I got scared and flushed and became overwhelmed with tears for hours. The next few times i went to the washroom this thick black goop keept comming out in large amounts but it felt different then what had originally came out of me. Ive been in bed all week from the pain and have had headaces and cant sleep and nausuea and weak. Pls help me!
