I am in my early 40's, and had some questions regarding a somewhat strange problem I am having. When my wife and I have intercourse, I get an amazingly sensitive feeling in my genitals, moreso now, in recent years than ever. My desire for sex is also twice what it was in my twenties. The only problem is, despite all of the tremendous sensation, I seem to be having a problem "releasing." Long after she has reached climax I am still going, which makes it painful for her, often to the point of boredom and asking when I'll be finished. The only way I am able to let go and ejaculate is if I ask her to lightly kick me in the testicles. This may seem strange, but the slightly painful sensation seems to allow me to ejaculate. I feel immensly powerful orgasms and some slight pain afterwards. My wife feels strange about doing this and it makes her uncomfortable. She is afraid of hurting me. I did have had some discomfort a few of times which lasts a couple of days when she did kick me a little too hard, but nothing overwhelmingly painful. Can this do any damage? I am also concerned by my increased, heightened sexual appetite, having erections all of the time, meanwhile her's is dwindling.
