Hi all, I'm in desperate need of some help and advice. I'm 21 year old male. About five weeks ago I received protected oral sex, there was a lot of oil/lube involved. This was a massage place so I received a body to body massage naked (one of my biggest regrets). About five days after this happens I started feeling a burning feeling in the tip of my penis. This was followed by a red meatus. Went to the doctor he said it looked like nothing, he did a swab and urine test results came negative for all STDs. He prescribed me Kiplex anti biotics for a UTI which did nothing. So basically since then I have had a constant burning feeling with a red meatus with no lesions or pimples. I've also been relatively constipated with a pressure near my rectum. I've also started to feel tingling in my scrotum and now my back and stomach is hurting. The tingles have also spread around my body, shoulders. Today in the shower I was scrubbing around the penis and seemed to have scraped a pimple/bump which has developed in the area right above the penis. A single bump. Which bled and has now scabbed up. I will be going the doctor in a few days (hard to find the time as I work full time) I have a really bad feeling that this is herpes, I've been suffering from really bad anxiety and depression since this all started (I feel like my life is over) so if someone could please help I would really appreciate it.
