Hello I need some help with a health problem my brother has. He is an US veteran and has been in several conflict areas, although he did not engage in Gulf War. Still, he has been showing some health problems (stress, fatigue, muscle issues) that are similar to Gulf War syndrome symptoms. Do only Gulf War veterans get Gulf War syndrome?

Unfortunately, each and every conflict today leaves consequences. That means that your brother does not necessarily have GW syndrome, but something similar. And I assume that he will not be able to find some definite cure, he can only try to control the symptoms and that is something that can be done with the use of today’s medications.
