Hi, I am 51 years old and my problem is quite simple – I have been living with Gulf War syndrome for over 17 years now! I am not interested much in debates whether this condition exists or not (although we all know that every major arm conflict has its own syndrome). I am just curious if there has been any improvement in the cure searching. Is there any hope for us?

Well, the discussion fact you have mentioned yourself is the biggest setback for the improvement when it comes to the cure for this condition. And also, there are numerous causes that could be responsible for this syndrome and it is not easy to create a medication that would deal with all those sources. For now, the only thing available is dealing with each symptom one at the time, hoping that the treatment will be effective.
