At one time (OK, until I started working for a living and could use the languages) I read, wrote, and spoke French, Spanish, and Latin fluently, and was conversationally proficient in Italian and German. I still think in French to slow my thought processes down a bit and read and write it fluently, but not too many French folk in my 'hood. Spanish gets used a lot more, but knocked down to conversationally proficient these days. I still read in Latin occasionally. I only understand German and Italian these days.
Of course, having worked in IT for the last 8 years I am now really good with HTML and SQL, and am uber-fluent in Geek-ese. :P

I'm good with English, Visual Basic, HTML, some PHP.
I'm rusty at Spanish.
I'm planning on learning conversational Creole for when I go back to Haiti in December.
