im 16 years old, just started using birth control pills about 5 days ago. me and my boyfriend are having unpretected sex. and my best friend who i tell everything to told me it takes a month for birth control to kick in. and now im having sharp stomach pains witch just started today. is it possible that i can be pregnant?? i need answers, thanks.

There's always a chance you could be pregnant, being 16 I would take extra precautions and USE A CONDOM as well as birth control. Take a pregnancy test!
