Hi, I have asked every doctor I know about this and they always tell me there's nothing I can do! I constantly get bacterial vaginosis, and every time my husband and I have intercourse I get a terrible fishy smell. When he goes away for a week I have no smell at all. Could it be that he needs to be treated for an infection as well? This has been going on for 10 years now and I don't know how much longer I can live with this! Thanks for any and all responses.

It could certainly be an infection, but please be aware that many men have a strong penis odor due to sweat, heat and other conditions related to how the penis is stored throughout the day. Try using a quality penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) and make sure it includes vitamin A; vitamin A has anti-bacterial properties that cut down on unwanted penis odor.  Good luck!
