When you take a shower you should use soap on those areas and clean them good or it will smell bad I always clean every part of my body when i take a shower. Or it might be your foreskin if you are uncircumcised but I don't know anything bout that I was circumscribed.

Try scrubbing with a washcloth or one of those puffy lathering balls or w/e you call it o_O'. When I had that problem I scrubbed (extra) and honestly I bought an extra stick of deodorant for in between my.. well.. "balls" and the inside of my legs, it seemed to help quite a bit in the smell department 8-|

Wash with feminine wash. Keep pubic hair to a minimum because it traps bacteria. Try shaving it often. Don't put on underwear until your genitals are completely dry and try using powder to keep it dry instead of it being moist.

i cant remember what its called
but basically
ur getttin the smell cause your not washing under the head of ur penis properly
there are glands under the heads of your penis that release a smell/toxin that is supposed to be sexualy attractive ? most women do not however like it
so all you have to do is wash under the head of your penis
if that doesnt work

I see this thread is old, but I've just now stumbled upon it. In case others do as well, I thought I would share a little trick I use pretty much daily. I have a P.A. Piercing and they get pretty smelly after a few hours out of the shower.
After every shower, I rub 70% rubbing alcohol om my penis, balls and even my pits........ It keeps everything fresh all day by killing the bacteria. Remember, this is treating a symptom, and not a cause, so it's not a "cure all".
Oh, and it burns far less than you think and evaporates quite quickly.
If you have foot odor, try soaking your feet every other week in a weak bleach solution (1/4 cup per gallon of water), as I've been doing that for years with great results.

Hey I had the exact same problem, a fishy smell (which got stronger after you had sperm there). A guy gave me the advice to put some neosporin on it. Just a small amount under the foreskin (not circumcised). I do it at most once a week now and it completely got rid of the bad smell. I only wash with water and make sure I dry my penis completely when I showered. It really helped me out so i hope it has the same effect on you guys. WHen I notice the smell coming back a bit I just apply some neosporin again.
However, you should be careful because some get irritated skin when using neosporin so make sure you don't have any adverse reactions (patch test) first.

Try a few drops of Hibiclens, an antibacterial that actually bonds with your skin, and actively kills bacteria several days. apply while wet from the shower. works wonders

I noticed my penis getting the fishy odor when I was 12, I am currently 20 now. Sometimes it would get so bad I could smell it coming through my underwear. It's part of being uncircumcised I guess. A lot of it has to do with urine and sweat. I just use warm water when I bathe and anti-bacterial soap and wash the penis for a good minute all over. And that works for me..

just use aloe vera. the best natural antibacteria. you can get at local farmacy ones or you can plant it yourself and just cut abit and use the jelly part of it. Not the spiky skin mind you :P
I just use Amway Aloe Gel since its cheaper than pharmacy and I dry it properly after bath then apply some to it.
