Hi, I have a problem that I hope you could help me with. My father has a prostate cancer, he is 65 years old. When he came that day from the doctor, those were the worse moments of my life. It was awful, I did not cry in front of him, I guess I wanted to be brave. He was prescribed with the combination of chirurgical intervention, radiotherapy and hormonal therapy. Which is better, Dolasetron injection or drip (infusion) into a vein or as a tablet?

From my personal experience, Dolasetron is a medication used for dealing with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, weakness, all caused by X rays or citostatics. You have mentioned three ways of applying Dolasteron, but they all have the same effect. What is different is the time for the effect occurring. The fastest way is by vein infusion or injection. With tablet, it is slower (it takes around 30 minutes).
