Hi there. I believe the cord connected to each testicle is called the Ductus Deferens. The cord going to my left testicle feels rigid (hard) 24/7 and appears to have a bump in one section (but not on the testicle). The right cord feels fine. I've had this for a year now and it won't go away. I don't know for certain but I believe it may have been injured during sex (my whole package was pulled forward unexpectedly and I had a small amount of blood come out of my urethra). I went to see a doctor and though he had no answer, he wasn't concerned.

I'm wondering if the cord was injured during sex...and when it healed it left a lump...and now the "flow" isn't the best so the cord remains hard 24/7. (The cord is much more rigid (harder) when the penis is aroused.) I'm not a doctor but does this make sense? If not, what could it be? Should I be concerned? Thanks.
