I have noticed that my right testicle becomes tight alot of the time

hello, i am 19 and have noticed in the last 6-12 months that my right testicle becomes tight alot of the time, i can also feel it without touching it with my hands whilst the left one causes no discomfert. the veins/cords in the sack are really right and sensitive on the right side but on the left they also cause no discomfert. the right testicle often contracts quite high up when i lay on my sides but no affect with the left when i lay on my sides. i sometimes have to stop masterbating as i can feel the right testicle pulling or it is uncomfortable, im really not comfertable with going to the doctors or asking my parents, please can someone give me advice?
