I am 37 years of age, i have been to 3 doctors but they tell me I'm to young for menopause.
I have sleepless nites - every nite. :-(
Sweats through the night, 2- 3 times. feeling bloated all the time. Migrains, quite alot. this is been an onging thing for a couple of years but now its getting more and im getting so tired.
sometimes breast pain,mood swings.
Periods have always been ontime - but they are different now - use to exactly 5 days - gone down to about 3 days now - but its different in colouring now to, if you know what i mean.
Please - if someone could help me with the answer to what is happening to me - i'd be appreciative. I just want to know so - i can get some help and tell the doctors it is - i think early menopause - but i want them to do something about it .

Have any of these doctors done a blood work up to check your hormone levels? I started going thru mine at 39 years old. It sucked and took forever to get thru it. My periods finally stopped 5 years ago, i am now 50.
Sweats, moody, sore boobs, downright nasty at times, up half the night and the killer headaches. So before your Dr. steps on the fact that you may be at the beginning of starting your change of life, ask for some blood tests, as this is really the only way they will know for sure.
Keep smiling, it will get better. Everyone i came in contact with is still alive, so it couldn't have been that bad. :-S
