hi, I had a total hysterectomy when I was 26 i am now 37 and wondered whether i could still be going through the Menopause, i am still getting hot sweats both day and night along with severe headaches sometimes these result to migraines. Can you advise how long this is likely to continue.

Many thanks

Startlet,

I've had the same time of early menopause for the same reasons. Still no end in sight, it seems to get worse rather than better. Did you ever get any replys? I don't see them posted.

You really shouldn't have to be going through this. Your doctor should have placed you on HRT a long time ago. A young woman is not by nature supposed to be going through menopause.

I too had a total hysterectomy when I was 27.. I'm now 44 and suffer from terrible night /day flushes. I was put on the HRT at the start but was taken off this about 4/5 years ago as it did not agree with me. I would love to see light at the end of the tunnel.
