Hello,
I need advice. I am overweight and have high blood pressure. I read somewhere that a diet, called eat more, weight less would be appropriate for persons with high blood pressure. Any advice?

Eat more, weight less is a book. It is basically a vege diet, constructed in a way, that you daily eat 10 percent of your daily calories in for of fat. Besides that mostly fresh vegetables and high- fiber foods. It is very restricted, but Eat more, weight less is appropriate for people with high blood pressure and also high sugar.
