well if it is not a STD. it mite also b jus a scab from masterbating alot.....it cud also b from not using enough lotion or not using any kinda lotion. it cud also b from doin it to much that u caused a rough spot n now its scabbing up n with any kinda touch it hurts. give it time n a few days....dont do anything an im sure it will b gone in a few days.
