The majority of the time when you have pain after sex it's caused from "Bacterial Vagnosis" it's NOT an std, it's from having unprotected sex or even just sex at all... it's when there's too much genital bacteria is up there. They say you're supposed to wash yourself after sex so you can avoid it. they say almost everyone gets it in theyre life and don't realize it because theres hardly any sympotms... except for abdominal pain after sex. It'll come up in a pap test, nothing to worry about.

Hello,
I perform abdominal massage and organ manipulation. From my experience, people can have their organs pushed up during sex causing the body to react with a spasm. The organs can feel like they are jammed up against each other and everything tenses up. The low back can also go into spasm. Rough sex can cause inflammation almost as if you were punching yourself from the inside. It's best to be relaxed and enjoy the sex with a partner who you trust. If you are gaurded and tense, your body reacts as if you are being attacked. It then becomes guarded and tense and it will start cramping causing abdominal pain. Some women are more sensitive than others. Some have larger spaces for organs to move. Other's can feel the discomfort almost immediately. You can try to shift the organs downward by pushing downward on your abdomen and hold it for 1 minutes. Then find another area of stiffness and do the same. One of my clients had her stomach pushed up so high it wrapped around her esophagus and needed surgery for it. It wasn't directly from having sex but having a stooped posture and weak ligaments to hold the stomach in place.
If you check out fine for HPV, endometriosis, cysts, etc. then it could be due to a tipped uterus, a spasm of the iliopsoas or abdmonials, or jammed organs.
