So I decided to look up on some causes. And it's seems that this is pretty common, and is usually caused by uterine cysts, so I should probably get myself checked out, I have never had a pap smear or been examined around this area before so I'm just going to pray that it is not anything serious. I'm scared to go to the doctors because I don't want to find out anything bad if so. I feel for everyone else who has gone through this pain, and I hope that things get better...

This exact thing literally just happened to me. I cried for a few minutes after we were done, because the pain was so intense. I kind of thought to myself, "This is what labor contractions must feel like." I got some water and now I'm laying on my stomach. It's offering some relief but it hurts to cough or laugh. I know I have PCOS, and I haven't been to the doctor in ages but I think this may have happened because some air got trapped in my cervix, or uterus while I was having sex. It does happen relatively often during intercourse that I will switch positions and air will escape audibly (extremely embarassing) or I will feel some air get trapped when my boyfriend thrusts in. It was just a thought, a hopeful one at that considering all the posts on this site point to friggin HPV, and chlamydia, endometriosis, and exploding cysts. It's still throbbing 30 minutes later. This is pretty horrible so I'm going to take some naproxin and see if that helps.
