Extreme lower abdominal pain after sex

Okay, so I've been with my boyfriend for over 5 years and he's the only person I've been with. About two weeks ago I started to have this pain that everyone else on here has seemed to have gone through. I've never had this pain before in my life. It's the worst pain I've ever had. When we would have sex it would start off great, and then it would hurt a little bit, and then it would eventually get worse the longer we went and then that's when I would tell him to not go so deep, and we would change positions, and the pain would get worse, so I would back off a little, then the pain just gets unbearable and we would have to stop for the night. The first time this happened and last night it was so bad that I ended up crying because it hurt so bad! And I would just lay there trying my best not to move, because of course when you move the pain intensifies. I would have sharp stabbing pains in the lower abdomen, and in the rectal area, and the pain would shoot up all the way to my chest, and up and down my back over and over. So the pain was excrutiating! I also became bloated and felt like I was cramping up, but those aren't normal menstrual cramps they were worse! I would have my boyfriend try and massage me, but it didn't really seem to work. And this happened last night also. I eventually fell asleep and kept waking up a few times throughout the night, and I was still in pain. I woke up today and I am still in pain in the abdominal and rectal area. I just hope that this is not something that I have to go through everytime we have sex because if so then we won't be having sex as much as we usually do.

So I decided to look up on some causes. And it's seems that this is pretty common, and is usually caused by uterine cysts, so I should probably get myself checked out, I have never had a pap smear or been examined around this area before so I'm just going to pray that it is not anything serious. I'm scared to go to the doctors because I don't want to find out anything bad if so. I feel for everyone else who has gone through this pain, and I hope that things get better...
