This has also been happening to be on a regular basis, when I have sex with my boyfriend and also have sex with toys. It has happened on and off for about two years now, but I have always put off going to the doctors and just put it down to me over thinking things. I have also been fully checked for STI's and was clear of all.
The pain is always so bad that it makes me sick and in able to move for anything up to 20 minutes afterwards.
I would like to thank you all for you answers, as I am definitely going to go see the doctors as soon as possible, and don't think I would have it I hadn't seen this site, so thank you and I will keep you posted.

Happens to me too, but usually only when I'm close to having my period is when I get the very intense pain

some virgin huh? like that's something to be ashamed of? some women wait far longer than you were born to find a husband and they wait. Some virgin huh? There is nothing wrong with waiting and maintaining your purity for your husband. I just started having these pains and I don't know what they are. BUt for all of you worried about STD's, I was also just tested for HPV, HIV, chlamydia, and gonnorhea and they are all clear. So I don't think those are the culprit.

I have been with my husband for two years and have never had a pain like this but I have a very small frame and he is quite larger then me but after sex we already know the routine I Usually Get an Old Jar w/a Lid With Hot Water, as Hot As I can stand it and place on my lower stomach, which usually I can move to any comfortable positions cause the pain is so harsh! At least with in 30-60 min. Its Gone! I still couldnt tell you whats causing it but the fact that our men might just be to full for our body to handle sometime, only in certain positions

Not to scare you or anything but I do know that genital herpes can cause pain in your hind end.I work in the medical field and have learned a lot throught the years.I would check into that and see a doctor

I've only felt lowe abdominal pain ONCE! I don't exactly know why, maybe he went in too deep but it hurt for a long time right after and I had to ask him to stop. Is there any doctor in this conversation??

I am 32 yrs old and have exsperince the same problem the dr told me it was scare tissue from my 3 c-section.the pain shoots through my buttox and through my lower abnominal area when i sit to pee or pass gas the feeling is umberable cant walk and its wores when i lay on my side i thought i was haveing anal spasm.i never no when its gone hit me and now am to the point were i dnt want to have sex fear of this pain.

I am 32 years old and have been having a sharp, burning sensation on the lower right, almost at my crotch. This mostly happens during and after sex and after my periods end. It hurts sometimes so bad that it doubles me over and i have to lay flat on my stomach and put a lot of pressure where the pain is. Sometimes this last for hours and days. Not exactly sure of what it is. I suffer from PCOS and I have PID and 2 classical c sections. Also endometreosis runs really bad in women in my family. The docs havent done any ultrasounds but have blamed my PCOS for this. I hope this helps and good luck to all

I thought it was just me. I have recently come out of a relationship but our relationship was not active with regards to sex. I recently started to have a sexual relationship who is quite large and found that i to would suffer lower pelvic pain for days after. I to have checked for any stds and i am clear of any. I have also have had a recent smear test which came back clear. I am very confused right now.

This happened to me also..The pain started during sex and I was in tears, really embarassing but I have been with my fiancee for four years and never ever experienced this before in my life. The pain was so unbearable that I was on the floor crying and it feltt like I was about ti throw up and pass out at yhe same time also. Since then this has happened about 3 more times either during or right after intercourse
