I am not too sure on where to post this, but would like to know if any one else has experienced this before, and what could possibly be at cause.
It is euphoria but too intense to find enjoyable, it really is a very unpleasant surge, is slightly concerned that it may be linked to my motor tics as it is a physical feeling, not an emotional one.

I get that sometimes. It's so overwhelming I have to stop doing whatever I'm doing and just sit down and wait for everything to pass.

Drug euphoria that is unpleasant isn't from the euphoria. It's most lkely you were having other unpleasant physical side effects like nausea or tachychardia.

Well,
I am not really sure what might be causing this issue, if this is an issue in the first place. As much as I know euphoria is medically recognized as a mental and emotional condition in which a person experiences intense feelings of well-being, elation and happiness. Do you know what causes this emotion in your? Did you found any patterns when does this happen to you? If you think that this is unbearable you can always go to the doctor and talk to him about this. There might be some way that you can control these emotions in your head. I hope that this helped you in any way.
All the best,
Nelie
