I am hoping to hear from some people who have tried fat burners. I am thinking about taking supplements like these, but I am also very worried that they may be bad for me or otherwise perhaps simply will not work. Can you tell me more about this? Is there anyone here with good experience with fat burners?

I have never personally used any fat burners, but I know many people that have had great successes with them and there is no doubt in my mind that they do work! Why would they be so very popular if they were just a placebo? Losing weight is something very real and concrete, not something that is just in the head!

I've never had success with them and gave up on them. I always seem to have side effects. I decided eating healthy and exercise is the best course of action.
