I have that too. I know it can be scary when your trying to battle all of this and you don’t even know who you are anymore. Does anyone find it hard to communicate with people like your talking with them and it’s almost like you don’t understand what their saying?

I get that sometimes. I’ve looked it up and it says depersonalization is a disorder. But some say it’s just a symptom of anxiety and i’m not sure what to think about either. If it’s just a symptom it’s okay, but i think you can’t cure disorders so i’m freaking out.

It’s a symptom of anxiety. Basically your mind and body have had enough and just shut everything out for a while after all the nervous energy. I usually get it for days after a panic attack or extreme anxiety. It’s your body’s way of ignoring everything going on and not wanting to deal.

I have done a lot of research on depersonalization and it is cureable. From what I understand you need to not fight and just let your body work itself out. Go online and watch some depersonalization videos of how people got out of it.

Yes. You need to drink high dose B complex and magnesium to arrest that. Being off the pill robs you of those vitamins. It’ll improve a lot once you do take those supplements. Palpitations and other symptoms will improve as well.
