Whenever I stand up or after bending over I straighten myself I feel a sudden sharp pain in my right breast around the nipple area. Feels like someone is putting a needle in my right nipple. It does go away within a couple of minutes it never lasts long. The only time this doesn't happen is when I hold in my right breast firmly and stand up slowly the pain won't happen. I've felt for any lumps or bumps and there isn't any. It looks just like my left one. Could you please tell me the cause of this and what I can do about it?
