Since yesterday I have been having a sharp pain in my right breast when I bend over. If I clutch my breast, there is no pain but if I forget it's there. It goes from about an inch or so above the nipple to before it reaches the top. Feels maybe like a pulled muscle but it's a completely new thing for me
