Been smoking for about 1.5 years.. randomly got this weird pain in my groin not my tesitcles. It's like a little dull needle hitting it.. goes away when i'm not smoking.. i think i'm paranoid about it..whenever i kinda think about the pain it starts to sort of happen ( mind you the pain is not that bad) i think my mind might be playing tricks on me or something.. i've started to cut back on weed hopefully it's just a withdrawl.. i don't have any std's i'm 18 years old don't have any of those lumps or what not, maybe it's just in my mind?
