Hi, I had my period on 11/13 and started ortho tri lo on 11/19. I take the pills at 10pm, and forgot the pill for 11/20 and took one in am and one at normal time on 11/21. Fiance apparently doesn't understand the first month of pills and he came in me last night after taking the 6th pill. I counted my days and last night was day 13. Before starting the pill I would guess that I was ovulating about day 17 usually b/c I would get really thick gel-like discharge on that day. Is there any chance that I could become pregnant from this? If there is the chance, I could never have an abortion, so would I be better off discontinuing the pills for the rest of the month just in case b/c I don't want to mess up a baby w/all these synthetic hormones flying around. Please respond soon, I am scheduled to take the next pill tonight and am not sure what to do.

If you really don't want to risk it, stop the Pill and wait for your cycle to start up again since timing was pretty good because the Pill doesn't kick in until the second month (as you know)
If you aren't pg, then you've "waisted" one pack of Pills and will have to start all over next cycle (and use condoms/spermicide) and I think that's just fine. :-) Otherwise you'd worry all month, wouldn't you?
