I set up app with doc but its like 2 weeks away so i could use some comfort until then.

This is weird to describe, when erect i feel like there are air bubbles inside the tip of my penis going back and forth, i guess its fluid. It makes a weird squishy sound, almost as if my urethra at the tip is sticky. I have no discharge, no pain, nada. It just feels weird. I haven't always had this, so I was wondering if anyone else experienced this. ?
