i actually have a similar thing at the very tip of my penis, but it appears to be fluid filled instead of air filled. I've had it for almost as long as I can remember, but am now much more conscious about it because I have a girlfriend. I've noticed that other people have this as well, and I was beginning to think it was a unique case. I don't think it's an STD since I've had it since around 7 years of age...any insight on this would be GREATLY appreciated

i have that , and it can be surgically removed, it is really easy , it is taken off with laser and then stitched sounds painful but its not , the stitches is smaller then hair ,
and the procedure costs me about 300 dollars,
i went to the doctor and got it checked out and i've had it as long as i can rmemeber , its not a problem when it comes to sex,
its not a danger to your life or sex life or anything of such ,
and i havent gotten it removed because i would feel weird without it , but just letting you guys know that it can be removed and its not a threat to your health or anything

Hey, i have the same problem, but mine is just full of air rather than liquid, so i went to the doctors to get it checked out... they sent me to the urologist and they gave me the option to have it removed.. Its not cancerous.. all they said is that if i had it removed it could make it harder for me to use the toilet at a later age. ive chose to keep it for now. but it can affect your health as such.

I have the same but i stupidly pierced it and water came out and it went back to normal for a while then returned worse, it doesnt bother me much.
