I need some advice and possible info!
I am training on daily basis in gym and I guess I sprained my muscle or something on my foot... I don’t know. I hurts me all throughout my left foot...while I walk or sitting. I do not know what to do.

This also happened to me. I guess you need some more time to relax for few days. It would be good to massage your foot if possible.
If it is swollen (or not), put a towel dampen in vinegar around your feet, this should help...
I think you’ll be fine in few days.
