Hi, has anyone have an advice for me. I am going to the gym from time to time. Sometimes I just don’t have enough time so I must skip the training. Last time I was in the gym I had trained my biceps. Suddenly it started to hurt a lot. I had to stop the training. It was three days ago and the pain occurs every time I move my arm. What can I do?

I would suggest visiting the doctor because your muscle could be strained. Or even worse, you pain could be from muscle tear. If you are serious about going to gym then you must not skip the trainings, and if you are not then decrease the weight. Also don’t forget to stretch before the exercise. It is the simplest way to avoid that of happening again. Relax your muscle and massage it from time to time.
