YES it can, and it happened to me in high school in 1975, in the summer of my sophomore to junior year of high school!

So I push for birth control for the ladies and wear condoms for the guys, as this happens too much, and is still on the raise with young teen girls.
So I just wish to say be careful
So if both of you wish not to use condoms, She will need to use the pill AND a diaphragm w/ jelly, (or other 2nd birth control item) the responsibility is put on the female, (but we all know it takes two) so YOU will need to keep up with the items and if you run out of condoms no intercourse until you get more!!!!!!.
