No, you have to ejaculate or insert sperm into her vagina in order to become pregnant. Just because she had an orgasm doesn't mean she is pregnant, you rubbed your penis head on her vagina after cleaning yourself off - you guys are fine and NOT PREGNANT.
Get some condoms for future play though or you will be on here constantly asking if your gf is pregnant.
