Does any one1 no why my foreskin won't pull back any help on wot to do or wots wrong is appreciated

How old are you? It's common until about age 16 or so.
You have to stretch your foreskin. Use your fingers to spread the opening OR get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin. Skin grows by stretching.

Three options exist:
1. You start stretching the foreskin. It will take some time but it'll be the best solution - for your pleasure.
2. You get a circumcision.
3. You do nothing.
Start with the stretching exercises. It is really the best solution.
