I'm 13 and haven't started my period but all my friends have and in school today I found a gory substance in my privates and on my pants there was a lil green stuff but then the rest of the day there was just kind of gory discharge is it normal? When will I start? Is it freaky? Do I need to go to the docs? I'm too scared to talk to any adults Plz help!:(

discharge is a normal occurrence you have nothing to worry about. Actually starting your period can be a little scary but it is nothing to worry about and just remember every woman has a period so talking about periods with moms aunts even teachers is nothing to be embarrassed about
