We all know that gout and diabetes go together. But the question is why that is the case. Is there anyone who can shed some light on this? I really have no idea why this is the case and would appreciate any information about the matter. I am sure it must have something to do ith insulin but beyond that, I am unsure.

Well, the link between the two is no big secret. It is poor blood circulation in the limbs that links gout and diabetes together.
