Hello everyone. I'm a 21 year old female. I shower twice a day using some dove sensitive soap for my body. I scrub my areas really good. However, I do have some hemorrhoids. I've had them since i was 13. My anus does tend to smell bad from sweat, and i cant help it too. Am i suppose to be cleaning the inside of my anus out everyday? Sometimes i have cuts in there. What am I suppose to do?

The one I'm most worried about is an onion or strong b.o. smell that is coming from my groin and under my labia majora..it's heavily noticable in those areas and is present when i get nervous. I got a guy now, and I always bring an extra underwear and wipes before we do things. I'm so ashamed so expose myself because of the smell while we are out. I don't have a shower accessable during our 'times'. I'm still a virgin, and have had no sexual contact. I don't know why it happens to me. It use to not happen to me in the USA. But I moved to Philippines and noticed this. I don't have any vaginal infections going on, and I've never had an urinary tract infection.

I weigh 106 lbs and am 5'2". I don't think I'm overweight but I can still try to lose some weight if that's the problem. I have pubes in my groin area which is somewhat unusual for a girl.

I have a family history of colon diseases, though I think I don't have any flares going on right now.

Primarily, my question is-- Why am I getting this b.o. oniony smell on my groin and under my labia majora? And how can I get rid of it? :x I really want it gone.

I am no doctor but I can tell you this; What ever you eat, can have a smell down there.
It could be that it is a food or spice you have been consuming.
Look out for fish (most) does cause a fishy smell down below...
Pineapple causes a 'sweet' smell down there - so that may help.

Apply dry spray deodorant (I recommend Secret brand) anywhere pubic hair grows, obviously for external use so don't spray it on the inside/between your lips. It's the only thing that's worked for me and I have tried everything. Just to add some background, I have no history of any vaginal, reproductive or hormonal issues. I literally only had 1 yeast infection in my entire life (I'm 32 yrs old). I first noticed this issue in my early 20's and it has gotten worse overtime. In my opinion, based on my experiences and doing my own research, I think this issue is most likey cause by over active apocrine glands in addition to stress and anxiety. I would also like to mention I am not sure what health issues may be caused by doing this but to me it's worth the risk. I have not had any skin irritation or other side effects from doing this over the past year and a half.

Try some baking soda, not too much. The odor will neutralize
