I recently noticed tiny, tiny bumps around my vagina. They are outside of the labia, on the crease of the labia majora. They are mostly around the very bottom of my vagina, some close to the outer labia lips, but none on. They are flesh coloured, almost like tiny pimples. They appear to be in little clusters or lines, almost in a natural progression with the skin of my vagina, but I am unsure if they have always been there or if they have just appeared, so I am worried. Some of them appear white in colour when the skin is stretched out. When the skin is not stretched, they are not even visible.

They do not hurt, burn, or itch. There is no fluid in them. They do not appear to be growing in size, and none of them are abnormally shaped. There is no abnormal smell or discharge. Any ideas/anyone have anything similar??

I hate to ask… but is this aria that you shave? If so that may be part of the issue

Don't be embarrassed and get yourself to an OB/GYN dr or a dermatologist.

Trust me, you feel a lot better knowing what is going on and getting help with it.

Yes, I have the exact same thing. They aren't changing at all, and they are a little white when strechted out. I have a ton of them on my vagina as well.

I know this is an old topic, but I figured I would reply anyways in case someone revisits this post. I noticed the same thing on myself about a year back, since I had sex recently I was very worried and went to the gyno. She *literally* laughed at me and told me its just the texture of labial skin- it had probably always been that way and I never noticed until I was worried about STIs. Sure enough, my skin has been that way ever since- there's nothing to be worried about :)

If it itches or burns, however, you may have a yeast infection, UTI or bacterial vaginosis- which you should get checked out. Hope this helps!
