Hi I am a 35 year old male. I have burning sensation when urination, and there is a growth on my penis below the glans. Is this an STI or cancer? I recently received unprotected oral sex from a sex worker. I also have many itchy pimple like bumps on the testicle and the penis itself.

I wouldn't hang around go to your GP, a clinic, if you are circumcised, it would be rare to be cancer, it would still be rare regardless, are theses pimples, sore, open wounds in any way, how long have you got them, it could be genital warts, or of course worse, the fact that you have a burning sensation when urination suggests some sort of infection, you would need to report that sex worker if you got an STI, and tell anyone you have been with since if any
