I did a research paper and speech a couple of years ago on ADD as a personality type, not a disorder and I focused on the positive aspects of ADD. I got an A for that paper. I was just wondering has anyone else ever considered that ADD could simply be a personality type and not a disorder?

I agree with you and I believe that it is mostly a cop out. Aren’t some of us just a little more high-strung than others, is that a ‘disorder’ and if it is where was it when I was growing up? I belive that ADD can be a personality type and it just can someones character .

i have add when i dont take my meds im all lopy and silly and always have a comment and it just comes out and then i get into trouble i dont like taking meds
