I am going through the same problems but I found Dr. Gallerani in FL, he cuts it out until he sees healthy tissue. I've been doing research and you should not liposuction it out. Dr G is expensive but think about it this is your health and body. The price can range from $14,000 - $20,000 USD depending on how bad your problem is.

Please stop telling people NOT go to him. He's a board certified surgeon who specializes in removing the silicone. The MRI is to see where the silicone is. He may be expensive but some people are willing to pay that price too have their lives back to normal. On top of that he's going to reconstruct your butt. If you don't want to go to him.
