I would suggest you to visit the doctor. I am not sure if your butt is reacting on the silicone injections or this is a symptom of something else but whatever is in question you will need to check this before it gets even worse. And I believe that there is a lot better way to get the shape of the butt that you wish for than just take the easy way which can end badly.
Exercising is good not just for your body but for your mental health as well and if you can shape your butt the way you want it will last a lot longer than the artificial one. Also you will be extremely satisfied with yourself.
