It looks like my brother’s minor eye twitching was actually something so much more dangerous. He has uveal melanoma and liver metastasis, among the others. I cannot even think about what will come next because it looks like there is not much hope left. I just wish there is something we can do for him…

I guess we are talking about the terminal phase here, with the metastases all across the system. I suppose it is hard to speak about someone who is so close to you and on the verge of the fatal end. He could still continue with some therapies but I am afraid that it is only the avoiding of the inevitable.
