I am 17 years old, and for some reason it seems like after I pleasure myself I have trouble getting an erection in the time that follows. Lately I had been doing so pretty frequently (once a day if not more) but I woke up yesterday and my penis, though flaccid felt sort of hard, like the muscle or whatever it is in the shaft was tense. My penis was also a good amount smaller than usual. I suppose that it had gradually gotten this way over time, as these symptoms had appeared to lesser extents before. Since then, I havent been able to get an erection. In addition, when I flex the muscle that usually pumps blood into the penis (or at least that's how it feels... not sure of that actual anatomy), there is no blood flow. My plan is to stop jerking off until the symptoms improve (it feels a bit better than it did yesterday), but is there any other action I should take?
